Refund policy
Refunds. We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your service or item (including gift cards) to request a refund. If you haven't started the service with us, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days. If you have started your ongoing nappy subscription service with us we won't refund any weeks of the service that have already been delivered but will happily cancel the subscription without any fees. In the case of a prepaid nappy service we will issue a partial refund for weeks of the service that have already been utilised. To start a refund, you can contact us at littledroppings@gmail.com.
Damages and issues. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/s, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
